CHAPTER VI - TRAINING
ART.63 - TRAINING IN SERVICE

ART.70 - TEACHER TRAINING OPERATING IN SPECIAL AREAS OF LEARNING

3. In this perspective, the scope will expand also in relation to the evolution of the processes of renewal in the field of integrated training and models of cooperation between education and vocational training.
4. For the schools sector hospitals and institutions for the prevention and punishment, the Ministry carries out the necessary arrangements, with the Ministries of Health and Justice, for the planning, organization and targeting of activities.
ART.71 - COMMISSION FOR BILATERAL TRAINING
1. The Parties agree that, within 60 days. the signing of this definitive CCNL, the establishment of a Commission, between the MPI and the signatory trade unions, which aims to plan and carry out qualified and certified training for national staff in the sector.
2. The constitution of the said Commission may not bring any additional burden and participation in it will be free of charge for all components.

Article 51 - Working ATA - Negotiable 2006-2009
1. The ordinary working hours is 36 hours, divided into six consecutive hours, normally am, or afternoon for educational institutions and hostels attached to the technical and vocational schools.
2. When bargaining school be regulated the way of coordination of the various institutions working time flexibility, including the discipline of late, compensatory rest and recovery based on the following criteria:
- working time is functional and opening hours of service to users;
- optimizing the use of human resources;
- improving the quality of services;
- broadening the availability of services by users;
- improvement of functional relationships with other departments and other authorities;
- programming on a multi-week timetable.
3. The maximum daily working time is nine hours.
If the daily working time exceeds six hours continuing staff benefits at the request of a break of at least 30 minutes for recovery and possible physical and mental energy consumption of the meal.
This break must be provided, however, if the continuous hours of work per day is more than 7 hours and 12 minutes.
4. As authorized, provided funds for school, performance in excess of the hours of service are paid in the manner defined in the bargaining school.
